We are in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Service calls are done Monday through Saturday from 8am - 6pm

For a service appointment, we require a 2-3 hour window for the technician. Since most service calls require some type of troubleshooting, it is difficult to determine how long our technician will spend on each service appointment. Most service appointments will take from 30 minutes to 1-1/2 hours depending on the complexity of the repair. Our office personell research each call after it comes in to prepare the technician for the call with service manual, trouble shooting information as well as model case history. The technician will review this information and pull the parts that may repair the unit if we have the part(s) in stock. Many board assemblies we can not carry as most of them have a core charge and need to be returned to the manfuacturer within 30 days.
